My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms felt safe but were too small, stuffy, and dark, not the usual experience I expect from Malmaison hotels. The bathroom was cramped, almost like a cell. On the bright side, the floors were quite squeaky, which added a unique touch to the room.

I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the outstanding facilities the hotel offers. The room, although lacking an outside window, was oppressively cozy with carpets around the bed. The service was top-notch thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The location, perfect for a relaxing trip to Glasgow, had a touch of shabby chic charm.
